Work Rights and Stay Back:

- Full-time work rights for spouses of students enrolled in Masters, PhD, and post-doctoral programs.
- Bachelor’s degree holders are eligible for a 2-year stay back.
- Masters by coursework graduates can avail a 2-year stay back, extendable by an additional 2 years.
- Masters by research students (3 years program) can stay back for up to 3 years.
